Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication with municipalities, inspectors, vendors and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick with new software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable local travel readiness.
• Desirable: experience in administrative, permitting, construction, logistics, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Obtain building permits for residential and commercial roofing projects.
• Coordinate and schedule permit inspections with local municipalities.
• Work with Scheduling and Production to align permit timelines with project schedules.
• Communicate with city and county offices regarding permit requirements and approvals.
• Travel to local permitting offices for in-person submissions or pickups.
• Maintain accurate permit records and update project information.
• Complete data entry and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Monitor permit status and follow up to avoid delays.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
