Bartlett Roofing in Boise, ID is seeking a Market Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations for your market, supervise and develop your team, and ensure projects meet Bartlett Roofing standards.

You will oversee scheduling, quality control leads, and QC representatives, drive problem solving, coordinate with sales and management, and promote from within as you grow into larger leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of roofing, construction, or related industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence making decisions, solving problems, and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Schedulers, Quality Control Team Leads, and QC Representatives in your market.
• Lead day-to-day production operations and address issues promptly.
• Partner with QC Leads to resolve warranty concerns and customer issues.
• Conduct weekly Production team meetings and daily check-ins with QC Representatives.
• Ensure projects are scheduled efficiently and geographically to support QC teams and maintain a strong production pipeline.
• Work closely with Production Management, Sales, and Regional Sales Management to keep projects moving forward.
• Serve as the main point of contact for production-related issues within your market.
• Determine solutions for customer, crew, and project concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Production Management, Sales teams, and company leadership.
• Assist with the training, development, and continued growth of QC teams.
• Help create an organized, accountable, and high-performing Production team.

As a Market Production Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day production operations for your market, support and develop your team, solve problems as they arise, and help ensure every project meets Bartlett Roofing’s standards.

What You’ll Do
