Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is hiring for a hands-on Supervisor role in Spokane, WA. You will lead roofing crews on residential and commercial projects, coordinate material needs, and uphold safety standards on site.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a company vehicle. The position requires 2 years roofing experience and 1–2 years construction experience, with typical hours 7:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Roofing experience with Asphalt/Shingle.
• 1-2 years of Construction Experience (e.g. fascia work, soffit repairs, siding work).
• Must be able to work full-time, M-F 7:00 am-5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew to ensure timely completion and quality.
• Coordinate with scheduler and management to secure materials when needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines on every project.
• Travel to warranty & repair jobs as necessary to assess issues firsthand.
