Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan.
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support project managers in overcoming challenges and keeping work on track.
• Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination.
• Keep detailed records and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards.
• Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership.
