TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor for the Permanency team. The role requires guiding and supervising case managers and support staff, collaborating with court systems, and ensuring services help children reunite with families or achieve permanent homes.

Candidates should hold an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a BA in social work with at least four years of direct service experience and licensure.

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable field, or a BSW with 4+ years of direct service or case management experience and licensure.
• Experience supervising case managers and support staff.
• Ability to collaborate with court systems and ensure families receive needed services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support case managers and support workers to help children reunite with families or attain permanent homes.
• Collaborate with courts and service providers to ensure timely, effective supports for families.
• Advocate for children and families and empower staff to deliver high-quality services.
