TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our Permanency team. The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a comparable field, or a BSW with four years of direct service/case management and BSRB licensure.

We provide training to help you excel in this role. You will lead case managers to support children in reunification or permanent placement, collaborating with courts and care teams to deliver essential services.

• Advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable field with four years direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.
• Training provided on the job to excel in the role.
