Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Supervisor on the Permanency team to guide case managers and support workers helping children reunite with families or find permanent homes.

Advanced degree in social work or a related field is preferred; a bachelor’s in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience plus BSRB licensure qualifies. The role includes training and a strong commitment to advocacy and teamwork.
