TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team, guiding case managers and support workers as they assist children in reuniting with their families or finding permanent homes.

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a BA in social work with four years of direct service and BSRB licensure. Training and support are provided to excel in this role.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable human services field, or BA in social work with four years direct service/case management and BSRB licensure.
• Training will be provided to excel in the supervisor role.
• Predictive Index assessments may be used in hiring.

• Lead and support case managers and support workers in permanency work for children.
