Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Supervisor to guide the Permanency team and support staff working with children and families.

The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a similar field, or a bachelor’s in social work with relevant direct service or case management experience and licensure. Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field, OR a Bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human service field with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.
• Predictive Index assessments are used to help determine job fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers who help children reunite with families or find permanent homes through adoption.
• Collaborate with court systems and other case managers to ensure services and support reach families in need.
• Promote strong advocacy for children and families and empower staff to deliver high-quality services.
