TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team and guide case managers and support workers. The role focuses on helping children reunite with families or find permanent homes, with collaboration across court systems to ensure comprehensive services.

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a BA/BS with four years of direct service experience and licensure. Training is provided to excel in this role.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable field (or BA/BS with 4+ years direct service).
• BSRB licensure required.
• Predictive Index assessment required.

Mansioni

• Lead and support case managers and staff to reunite families or secure permanent homes.
