Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team, guiding case managers and support workers in helping children stay safe, reunify, or find permanent homes through adoption. The role emphasizes collaboration with courts and service partners to deliver comprehensive support.

The position requires an advanced social work degree (or a relevant bachelor’s with substantial direct service) and licensure. A training program is provided to ensure success in this role.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable human services field required.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or comparable field with four years direct service or case management and licensure (BSRB).
• Strong managerial skills and commitment to empowering staff in serving families and children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support case managers and support workers.
• Lead efforts to reunify children with families or secure permanent homes through adoption.
• Collaborate with court systems and other agencies to coordinate services.
