TFI Family Services in Missouri is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team, guiding case managers and support staff to help children reunite with families or find permanent homes.

The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a related field (or a bachelor’s with four years’ direct service experience and licensure). You will coordinate with courts and partners to deliver services and advocate for children and families.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable field, or a bachelor’s in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience and licensure.
• Experience leading teams or supervising case managers is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and advocacy for children and families is essential.

• Lead and support case managers and support workers to reunite children with families or secure permanent homes.
• Collaborate with court systems and partners to ensure families receive needed services and support.
