Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a dedicated full-time Supervisor for our Permanency team. You will lead and support case managers and support workers helping children reunite with families or achieve permanent homes, in collaboration with court systems.

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree in social work or related field (or a BA with 4+ years direct service or case management and BSRB licensure) and strong managerial skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable field, or BA with 4+ years direct service/case management and BSRB licensure.
• Strong managerial skills and ability to empower staff to support families and children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers in reunification or permanent homes cases.
• Collaborate with court systems to ensure families receive needed services and support.
• Guide teams to deliver high-quality services and advocacy for children and families.
