Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team, guiding case managers and support workers helping children reunite with families or find permanent homes through adoption.

The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a BA in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure. Training will be provided to excel in the role.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable human services field (or BA in social work with 4+ years direct service/case management and BSRB licensure).
• Experience supervising case managers and support workers is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with court systems and other stakeholders to ensure services for families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers to reunite children with families or secure permanent homes through adoption.
• Collaborate with court systems and case managers to coordinate services and support for families.
• Empower staff to advocate for children and families and ensure high-quality service delivery.
