Stop Shop is seeking a highly motivated Perishable Manager to oversee Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce, and Bake Shop operations. You will drive sales, maintain sanitation standards, and lead perishable team development to ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail grocery, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively across different functions.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce, and Bake Shop departments.
• Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate training of perishable department team members.
• Monitor and evaluate associate performance and ensure development plans.
• Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team.
• Manage labor relations to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Cultivate a culture of customer service excellence and well-stocked stores.
• Coach and provide feedback to improve department performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
