Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce, and Bake Shop.
• Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate training of perishable department staff.
• Monitor performance and develop growth plans for team members.
• Foster diversity and inclusion within the team.
• Manage labor relations and address employee issues promptly.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and ensure well-stocked, fresh product
• Coach for efficient operations and monitor inventory levels.
