Stop & Shop in Provincetown, MA is seeking a highly motivated Perishable Manager to oversee the daily operations of Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce, and Bake Shop departments.

You will drive sales and profitability, ensure sanitation and safety, train and develop department teams, and foster a culture of inclusion while delivering best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of work experience.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate across functions.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce and Bake Shop.
• Ensure departments meet sales and profit targets.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in compliance with regulations.
• Train and develop perishable department team members.
• Monitor performance and support professional growth plans.
• Foster diversity and inclusion within the team.
• Manage labor relations and resolve employee issues.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and well-stocked stores.
• Control labor costs through coaching and efficiency plans.
