Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Perishable Manager to lead the Bakery, Deli, Meat/Seafood, and Produce departments at the store level. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and safety compliance to ensure excellent customer service and profitable performance.

The role requires managing across perishable departments, supervising staff, and coordinating with Store Manager and regional trainers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing perishable departments preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights/weekends.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to manage inventory and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and maintains good customer relations.
• Manages perishable inventories and meets profit goals.
• Schedules and supervises store team members.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and security policies.
• Develops merchandising plans and displays.
• Prepares reports on accidents and incidents.
