Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of related experience in retail or food/service.
• Food Handler certification is required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning and directing work.
• Reviewing historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions; managing inventory.
• Maintaining and improving sales performance, financial results, and product quality.
• Enforcing quality control and food safety standards; stocking and rotating products.
• Promoting product sales through suggestive selling and appealing displays.
• Maintaining stock conditions on frozen foods and dairy displays.
• Checking inventory on trucks and ensuring accuracy of orders and paperwork.
• Providing friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and addressing questions/complaints.
• Adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
