Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; 21+ to drive per policy.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Review historical data to predict sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory to keep in-stock levels and control costs.
• Maintain product quality and safety standards in the department.
• Promote product sales through suggestive selling and displays.
• Ensure clean, safe, sanitary working and shopping environment.
