Job summary

This role requires strong merchandising skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and food handling regulations. You'll work under the Store Manager to train associates, manage stock levels, and uphold company policies while delivering a clean, safe shopping

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents, diagrams, and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and percentages.
• Ability to learn cash register functions and generate reports.
• Knowledge of cash handling, deposit control, and security practices.
• Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to obtain required food handling certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with cash accountability, key control, and security practices.
• Follow SOPs, Employee Handbook, and company communications.
• Maintain perishable stock levels using Ads, Planners, and order guides.
• Train associates in perishable presentation, freshness, and pricing standards.
• Ensure safe handling of food and compliance with regulations.
• Record inventory levels and address customer needs promptly.
