Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math calculations including percentages.

• Ability to read plan-o-gram and follow merchandising guidance.
• Willingness to obtain required food handling certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Dairy, and Bakery.
• Maintain inventory levels and optimale stock for steady sales.
• Train associates on presentation, freshness, and pricing standards.
• Ensure food handling safety and sanitation requirements are met.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing coverage and scheduling.
• Record perishable markdowns and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Support department with ordering and recap processes.
