Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring the financial integrity of the store through cash accountability and controls.
• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in SOPs and handbooks.
• Maintain correct perishable stock levels using Produce Order guides, Fresh Meat Recap, and Vendor Order Guide.
• Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing standards, and safe handling of food.
• Record inventory levels and assist with customer needs in a timely manner.
