Job summary

Responsibilities include stock level optimization, execution of plan-o-gram guidance, and rigorous cash accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous lead experience and/or grocery store experience preferred.
• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee perishable departments to ensure inventory, merchandising, and customer service meet standards.
• Assist with cash accountability, security practices, and store controls.
• Train associates in proper stocking, dating, and safety practices.
• Maintain perishable stock levels using planning tools and order guides.
• Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and sanitation standards.
