Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with perishable stock management and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain correct perishable stock levels using current ads/planners, order guides, and sales history.
• Train associates in presentation, freshness, and pricing standards for perishables.
• Train in safe handling of food and compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
• Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and maintain strong customer service.
