Qualifications

• Age 18+ required; 21+ to drive for company business per policy.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans and directs work; evaluates performance.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales; maintains inventory and reports profitability to management.
• Maintains sales, product quality and work standards; enforces safety and food safety guidelines.
• Promotes sales through effective product displays and customer engagement.
• Ensures stock conditions and paperwork accuracy; provides friendly customer service.
