• Oversee daily labor, scheduling and coaching to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Food Lion principles and strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure fast, friendly customer service and a positive shopping experience.
