You will mentor partners, review performance, and partner with leadership to improve store results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related experience.
• Two+ years in department management or similar role.
• Certification in food safety and related compliance encouraged.
• Ability to lead, train and develop partners.
• Knowledge of inventory control and loss prevention.
• Proficiency with scheduling and ordering systems.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop team members.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Review historical data to forecast sales and promotions.
• Maintain inventory and in-stock levels across categories.
• Monitor P&L, shrink, and labor data; report to management.
• Ensure product quality, safety standards, and displays.
• Open/close the store; maintain customer service standards.
