Job summary

Jacobs Management Group is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to lead sales of anesthesia and patient monitoring solutions across hospitals and ambulatory sites. You will develop territory plans, drive revenue growth, and build relationships with OR leadership and biomedical teams.

The role requires a hunter mindset, experience in capital equipment or medical device sales, and comfort with extended travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B medical device sales or capital equipment.
• Ability to navigate hospital decision-making processes.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on revenue growth and competitive wins
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline across hospitals and surgery centers
• Conduct presentations, product demos, and evaluations to position solutions as the preferred choice
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical specialists, service, and marketing
• Lead post-sale efforts including installations, training, and customer satisfaction
• Establish strong relationships with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, OR directors, and biomedical engineers
• Optionally support onboarding and development of new sales hires
