Job summary

Jacobs Management Group is seeking a Territory Manager for a Cardiac Medical Device portfolio in Seattle. This hunter role focuses on opening hospital accounts, growing existing business, and partnering with cardiology teams to introduce a minimally invasive therapy.

You will work with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital leadership throughout the sales process, provide procedural support and clinical education, and drive adoption across assigned accounts to achieve the target compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience selling cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology, structural heart, heart failure, or other cardiovascular medical devices.
• Proven success opening new accounts and driving market adoption.
• Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to support physicians in procedural settings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and open new hospital accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and hospital administrators.
• Support procedures and provide clinical education as needed.
• Grow utilization within existing accounts.
• Execute territory business plans and manage sales activity.
• Train customers and support adoption of an innovative cardiovascular therapy.
