Jacobs Management Group seeks a Territory Manager for Cardiac Medical Devices in the Washington, DC area to lead new account development and expand adoption of a minimally invasive therapy among cardiologists and electrophysiologists.

In this hunter role, you will build relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and hospital leadership, provide clinical education, and support procedures while collaborating with hospitals to establish therapy programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience selling cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology, structural heart, heart failure, or other cardiovascular medical devices.
• Proven success opening new accounts and driving market adoption.
• Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to support physicians in procedural settings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business development and open new hospital accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and hospital administrators.
• Support procedures and provide clinical education as needed.
• Grow utilization within existing accounts.
• Execute territory business plans and manage sales activity.
• Train customers and support adoption of an innovative cardiovascular therapy.
