Job summary

OHSU is seeking a detail-oriented OR/MSPU Supply Coordinator to manage perioperative materials and inventory. You will coordinate requisitions, place orders, monitor stock, and support vendor relations to ensure timely supplies for procedures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical staff, service leads, and accounts payable, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effective inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree may substitute for experience.
• Four years of full-time purchasing or inventory management experience.
• Experience in supply chain management, purchasing practices, process improvement, and replenishment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions accurately, generate purchase requisitions, and place orders.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor availability, and address discrepancies.
• Participate in system/process improvements and data management (Oracle/Epic).
• Collaborate with AP, Purchasing, SPD team and service leads to ensure supply needs are met.
