Job summary

HonorHealth seeks an experienced Coordinator - RN Operating Room to oversee perioperative services at Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The role emphasizes coordinating patient care, staffing, and resources for the OR team.

The candidate will work with physicians and educators to ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and ongoing staff development. A minimum of 2 years RN perioperative experience is required, with an Associates degree and a Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• RN Circulating OR experience required.
• 2 years RN experience required.
• 2 years perioperative nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage perioperative services with physicians.
• Provide patient care coordination from admission to discharge.
• Supervise staff; participate in orientations and staff development.
• Ensure availability of instruments, supplies and equipment for procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the surgical team.
• Support quality improvement activities and regulatory compliance.
