Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the OR Preop/PACU at Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The role supports patient assessment, IV therapy, medication administration, and care coordination with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.

The RN will follow ANA standards, contribute to care plans, and educate patients and families. Requires 2 years Preop/PACU experience, AZ RN license, and BLS; evening shift is 10:30 AM–11:00 PM with 3x12s.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Preop/PACU is required.
• ANA standards and Code of Ethics guide RN practice.
• BLS and RN licensure in AZ are required; unit certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow ANA standards to assess and plan patient care.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and operate equipment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and follow-up.
