Job summary

HonorHealth Piper Surgery Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced OR RN for day shift. The RN will provide perioperative care, manage medications and IV therapies, and coordinate with physicians and the care team.

Requires at least 2 years of OR nursing experience and an Arizona RN license (or compact license). ADN or Diploma in Nursing with BSN preferred; a BSN should be completed within 60 months of hire. A $20k sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience.
• Active RN license in Arizona or a valid compact license at time of hire.
• ADN or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred; BSN to be completed within 60 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders.
• Document patient data, monitor and analyze test results, and adjust care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, diet, and exercise.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff and students in the unit.
