Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Piper Surgery Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The role supports the OR with patient care, medication administration, and plan of care development. 40 hours per week, day shift; two years OR RN experience required, with a $20k sign-on bonus.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a patient-family centered care approach, aligned with HonorHealth's mission and values in the greater Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 2 years OR RN experience required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and ethics.
• Record patient history, perform diagnostic tests, administer treatments and medications.
• Develop and contribute to patient care plans with a family-centered approach.
• Educate patients and families on post-care needs and home management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
