HonorHealth is seeking a Perioperative RN Coordinator for the Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on coordinating perioperative services, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring patient care from admission to discharge.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years as a perioperative RN (OR/Preop/PACU), with BLS certification and an active RN license. The position offers a 4x10 day shift schedule (M-F 7:00-17:30) and a bonus potential up to $15,000.

Formación

• 2 years RN experience required.
• 2 years perioperative (OR, Preop/PACU, Endo) experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Driver license valid and in state if in home health upon hire.
• RN license active in state or compact state upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate perioperative services and manage the service line.
• Interface with physicians to provide patient care at the point of care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate care from perioperative admission to discharge.
• Assist with orientation and ongoing education for staff and students.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available for surgery and coordinate resources.
