Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a COORDINATOR-PERIOPERATIVE RN to assist with coordination and overall management of perioperative services in the OR-Main department in Scottsdale, AZ. The role interfaces with physicians to deliver patient-centered care and requires RN circulating OR experience and strong coordination skills.

The incumbent will participate in staffing plans, orientation of new personnel, and performance evaluation, with flexibility to meet surgical needs across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years RN experience required; 1-2 years perioperative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage perioperative services.
• Interface with physicians to provide customer service at the point of care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate material, staff, and patient care to coordinate activities.
• Provide care across age groups with nursing competencies.
• Assist with orientation and staff development within the unit.
