Job summary

HonorHealth is hiring for an RN in the OR Preop/PACU at Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The role requires 2 years of Preop/PACU experience, and duties include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, IV management, and post-anesthesia recovery support. A BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience is required; an ADN/ASN is acceptable with other provisions.

Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus may apply. Evening shift: 10:30 PM–11:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• RN must be currently licensed to practice in Arizona
• Two years of experience in Preop/PACU required
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience required
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing acceptable; BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow ANA standards and Code of Ethics in nursing practice.
• Document patient history, symptoms, and care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapy per physician orders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and home management.
