Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience at hire.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred within 60 months.
• Certification and licensure as a registered nurse in AZ.

Responsibilities

• Record patient history, monitor data, and develop a care plan.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as ordered.
• Educate patients and families on post-care and home care needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students.
