Solventum is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op, to drive growth across a national sales territory. You will manage accounts, analyze data, and partner with clinicians to promote value-based solutions.

The role requires a valid driver's license, proven sales experience in healthcare, and ability to travel to hospitals. You will use Salesforce and collaborate with distributors to expand adoption of Solventum's products while supporting training and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND minimum 2 years in a private, public, government or military environment
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years in a private, public, government or military environment
• Current and valid driver's license

Responsabilités

• Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotas
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning
• Complete essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints
• Persuade key stakeholders at account to advocate for proposed solutions and products
• Relationship management with key clinical and economic stakeholders
• Collaborate with channel/distribution partners to manage relationships and align on mutually beneficial tactics/programs
• Offer new and ongoing in-service, education, technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed
• Leverage publications and industry guidelines to influence product adoption and standardization
• Drive contract compliance and standardization opportunities
• Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
