• 5-7 years of experience in performance management and talent programs, especially during rapid growth phases.
• Strong program management skills with a history of managing complex, multi-month cycles.
• Experience with performance tooling such as Workday or Lattice, and collaboration with internal tools teams.
• Ability to build manager enablement programs that effectively change behavior.
• Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of performance and talent programs, ensuring they scale effectively.
• Design programs that provide continuous performance signals for talent planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People Services and Analytics to enhance program execution.
• Act as a product partner for internal tools, prioritizing needs and shaping system architecture.
• Iterate on program frameworks based on data and feedback to meet evolving needs.
• Lead program redesigns, including stakeholder alignment and communication strategies.
• Develop enablement resources for managers and People Partners to ensure consistent cycle execution.
