This senior role will align organizational design, performance management, and leadership capability with growth priorities to help the organization scale while strengthening accountability and culture.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior People role such as VP, CPO, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of influencing business decisions at the leadership table beyond delivering a People agenda.
• Senior-level understanding of the U.S. employee market, including compensation norms and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience scaling companies through the 100-250 headcount phase, with knowledge of key challenges at different stages.
• Experience managing a People function across multiple geographies, with insight into regional labor markets and cultural differences.
• Ability to convert business insights into effective people strategies while challenging existing priorities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People function in strategic business discussions to align people initiatives with company goals
• Develop the People agenda based on business insights and priorities rather than following a predefined list
• Enhance management capabilities and performance metrics across the organization by establishing high-performance standards
• Guide the growth and development of the People team to ensure effectiveness and accountability over time
• Translate business realities into actionable People strategies, including organizational design and performance management
