You will translate institutional knowledge into practical learning experiences, partner with leadership to identify development needs, and elevate the entire talent lifecycle across the organization while supporting high-growth
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in talent development or related fields.
- Proven track record in managing talent lifecycle components.
- Expertise in designing and implementing onboarding and development programs.
- Ability to simplify complex knowledge for engaging learning experiences.
- Experience in performance management processes.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- High organizational skills and ability to build from the ground up.
- Experience in financial services preferred.
