Job summary

Anthropic in the United States is seeking a senior People Programs Manager to own the end-to-end design and execution of performance and talent programs as we scale. You will partner with People Services, People Analytics, and product teams to shape tooling, calibration, promotions, and cycle enablement for managers and partners.

This role reports to the Head of Performance & Talent Programs and demands a builder mindset in a high-ambiguity environment.

Qualifications

• Systems thinker who treats programs as performance drivers and values data quality.
• Experience shaping performance tooling (Workday, Lattice, CultureAmp) with internal teams.
• Experience building manager enablement that changes behavior and supports leadership conversations.
• Strong program management skills with multi-month cycles and broad stakeholder alignment.
• Exceptional communicator, thrives in ambiguity and evolving scope.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of performance and talent programs (pulses, promotions, reviews, talent reviews).
• Ensure programs scale durably and uphold performance standards as the company grows.
• Design programs to generate actionable performance signals for talent planning.
• Collaborate with People Services on cycle execution and with People Analytics on data insights.
• Partner with People Products and engineering on program tooling and architecture.
• Lead program redesigns, change management, rollout planning, and communications.
• Develop enablement to help managers run cycles confidently and consistently.
