Job summary

The JVSG Performance Management Coordinator role with 290 Employment Security Commission is a full-time position statewide in Oklahoma. You will develop and maintain processes and databases to track performance metrics, KPIs, service levels, productivity, and operational outcomes for leadership review.

You will analyze trends to identify gaps and opportunities, provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work authorized in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
• Experience in organizational development, education, business, or statistical analysis is valued.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains processes and databases for tracking performance metrics.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, productivity measures, and operational outcomes.
• Analyze trends to identify performance gaps, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide recommendations to improve performance and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
• Create recurring performance reports and presentations for leadership.
• On-site attendance is essential for interaction with staff and resources.
