Job summary

Clients Blackbox, a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for financial advisors, seeks a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will drive campaign performance, client relationships, and reporting, reporting to the Associate Director of Operations.

The role involves managing Meta campaigns, optimizing for lead generation and appointments, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly integrations and Zapier automations.
