Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

You will lead client calls, optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation, and translate data into actionable recommendations for financial advisor clients. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for results, retention, and growth while working from a hybrid/remote-friendly setup in Seattle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve tracking issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
