Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

This hands-on role combines client relationships with campaign performance, focusing on Meta advertising, lead generation, and appointment booking for financial services clients. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and play a pivotal role in retention and growth.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
