Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is looking for a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a strong emphasis on Meta advertising and lead generation for financial services.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, lead bi-weekly client calls, manage campaigns, monitor results, and translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will contribute to client retention

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience with Meta advertising and managing multiple client accounts.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
